Personnel Administration

  • Checking the implementation of laws, decisions and regulations relating to personnel in the ministry and the units affiliated to it.
  • Preparing the planning budget for professions in the ministry.
  • Preparing memorandums of the nominations of high administration in the ministry and the units affiliated to it and preparing the decisions' projects relating to them.
  • Preparing decisions' projects relating to the employments and granting raises, promotions, vacations and penalties, etc… for employees in the ministry and the units affiliated to it of the Maritime Transport Sector for the occupiers of high administration professions.
  • Preparing the first chapter of the planning budget project.
  • Announcing the unoccupied professions, preparing for the examination of the proposed to employment and preparing memorandums regarding them.
  • Preparing memorandums and projects for transferring, delegating and assigning employees in the ministry and preparing adjustments that occur to these cases.
  • Preparing lists for employees' maturities of salaries, additional wages, incentives and others and bookkeeping the records relating to them.
  • Implementing laws, regulations and decisions regarding employees' systems, social insurance, penalties, rewards and raises.
  • Preparing termination decision projects whether through dismissal or resignation and informing competent bodies of that.
  • Preparing periodical efficiency reports in the specified dates in preparation for presenting it to personnel committee.
  • Following-up the fulfillment of employees' records and files in the ministry.
  • Coordinating with the administration regarding the distribution of workforce on Maritime Transport Sector.
  • Supervising timekeeping operations of employees in the ministry and preparing memorandums relating to them in this regard.
  • Preparing and fulfilling social insurance files of employees that terminate their services.
  • Retiring on pension and rewarding employees that terminated their services and sending their files to the social insurance association to complete their pension.
  • Applying decisions of social insurable law and all laws, decisions, and modified and completed leaflets.
  • Preparing monthly subscription paying lists of the ministry's employees for the general association of social insurances.
  • Following-up work injury procedures according to social insurance law and decisions implemented for it.
  • Taking procedures regarding employees of the ministry traveling abroad and bodies affiliated to it.
