181 vessels cross SC with tonnages 11.3 million ton in 3days.

Vice admiral/ Mohab Mameesh, head of Suez Canal authority and of SC Zone Economic general authority  said that navigation traffic has witnessed  during past 3 days, as from Friday to Yesterday Sunday,  crossing of 181vessels of tonnages 11.3 million ton. 

 Mameesh has assured readiness of the Canal to deal with new data in maritime transport industry, most important of which improvement in international trade traffic and trend of international shipyards to manufacture new generations of giant vessels of big draughts, and this what the Canal administration has dealt with in a successful future outlook through implementation of New Suez Canal project.

 

 Navigational reports issued from SC authority have revealed that Friday 57 vessels have crossed with tonnages 3.8 million ton,  Saturday 67 vessels crossed  with tonnages  4.2million ton, whereas yesterday 57 vessels  passed of tonnages  3.3 million ton, so that total crossing vessels have reached  181 vessels with tonnages 11.3 ton in past three days.
