Mameesh announces decrease in vessels’ dues to be attracted to Egyptian ports

Vice admiral, Mohab Mameesh, head of Suez Canal authority and of Suez Canal   Economic authority that they aim at attracting  vessels to Egyptian ports  and solving problems that confront transport ministry

 He added, during Press conference where he announced common invoice at ports, that he has met with navigational chambers and shipping lines to debate their claims.  

Mameesh has also assured that it has been decided granting discounts for vessels to attract them to ports; increasing number of handled containers and transit vessels and encouraging investors to establish activities at Egyptian ports.

 He has again pointed out to implementing this decision as first stage on authority ports at East and West Port Said, Sukhna and Tour and declaring that decrease in dues does not mean any decrease in service standards.
